01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the wiin55 platform, accessible via wiin55.vu and all associated subdomains. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, registered members, and anyone who accesses or uses any part of the wiin55 platform.

By clicking the "Register", "Login", or any sign-up button, you hereby fully accept these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of a company or organisation, you also warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

02 Member Eligibility

To use the wiin55 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not subject to any court order restricting gambling activity
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where the use of our services is prohibited by local law
• Have never been declared bankrupt or have no unresolved bankruptcy proceedings

Wiin55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or termination of your account.

03 Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only on the wiin55 platform. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and the freezing of all funds held within them.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Transferring, selling, or renting an account to another party is strictly prohibited
• Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported to customer support immediately

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. 04 Deposit & Payment

05 Fund Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account used for the original deposit

• Wiin55 assumes no liability for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from use of the platform
• Wiin55's maximum liability to any player is limited to the total amount deposited by that player within the 30 days prior to the claim
• Wiin55 is not responsible for service failures of third parties, including game providers and payment processors
